Na klar\u2026sie werden Indoor-Farmer!\u2026mit dem Ziel M\u00fcnchen und Umgebung mit vitaminreichen, geschmacksintensiven und vor allem regional hergestellten Gem\u00fcsekeimlingen, sogenannten Microgreens, zu versorgen.<\/p>\n<p>So sind Gernot, Flo und Thomas im eigenen Keller in M\u00fcnchen-Moosach mit MingaGreens im Februar 2021 gestartet. BIO sollten die \u00fcber 30 verschiedenen Sorten an Microgreens sein und so wenig wie m\u00f6glich Verpackungsm\u00fcll sollte dabei anfallen. Dies gelingt ihnen durch den Einsatz eines Mehrwegsystem f\u00fcr Gastronomiekunden sowie durch die Verwendung von recyceltem Karton bei der Verpackung im Einzelhandel. Das positive Feedback der Kunden gibt den Jungs von MingaGreens R\u00fcckenwind, um den anstehenden Schritt aus dem Keller in eine neue Produktionshalle zu schaffen.
