But even with so-called pulse surveys, upwards of 40% of employees feel pressure to not tell the truth, and that number is higher for underrepresented minorities and women. Equal Time helps companies measure psychological safety with 200% more accuracy than surveys alone, and alert orgs to imbalances in teams which can lead to lowered productivity and turnover.<\/p>\n<p>Our AI-coaching tool is used by 260+ teams in virtual meetings, we have raised $280k, and plan to raise $3M in early 2023.
