Die Investoren waren zuvor schon am Unternehmen beteiligt und steigern mit dem neuen Deal ihre Anteile am Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zuletzt wuchs die Global Savings Group auch durch \u00dcbernahmen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das M\u00fcnchner Unternehmen ist nach eigenen Angaben Europas f\u00fchrende Plattform f\u00fcr Rewards, Cashback, Schn\u00e4ppchen und Shopping Content. Das 2012 als Cuponation gegr\u00fcndete Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt in B\u00fcros in acht L\u00e4ndern mehr als 500 MitarbeiterInnen. Im Fr\u00fchjahr haben die M\u00fcnchner das franz\u00f6sische Cashback-Unternehmen <a href=\"\/en\/58991\/global-savings-group-uebernimmt-igraal\/\">Igraal<\/a> f\u00fcr 35 Millionen Euro \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Jahr zuvor hat die Global Savings Group <a href=\"\/en\/43853\/global-savings-group-pouch\/\">Pouch<\/a> f\u00fcr einen einstelligen Millionenbetrag geschluckt.
