Der Gro\u00dfteil davon &#8212; 12 Millionen Euro &#8212; stammt aus dem Europ\u00e4ischen Fonds f\u00fcr strategische Investitionen (EFSI). Die restlichen 3 Millionen Euro stellt UVC Partners bereit. Der VC-Fonds der UnternehmerTUM war bereits als Leadinvestor an der <a href=\"\/en\/34370\/investment-fazua\/\">letzten Finanzierungsrunde \u00fcber 6,5 Millionen Euro<\/a> beteiligt.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der E-Bike-Markt w\u00e4chst. Und das will auch <a href=\"\/en\/8224\/portraet-fazua-2016-geht-es-fuer-uns-ums-ganze\/\">Fazua<\/a>. Mit seinem abnehmbaren Antriebssystem f\u00fcr E-Bikes ist das M\u00fcnchner Startup in einigen Sparten wie dem Radrennsport bereits Marktf\u00fchrer. Um neue M\u00e4rkte zu erschlie\u00dfen und um die eigene Produktpalette zu erweitern kann Fazua eine Wachstumsfinanzierung von 15 Millionen Euro einsammeln. Neben Altinvestor UVC Partners erh\u00e4lt das Startup auch Geld aus dem <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Europ\u00e4ischen Fonds EFSI (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/priorities\/jobs-growth-and-investment\/investment-plan-europe-juncker-plan\/european-fund-strategic-investments-efsi_de\" target=\"_blank\">Europ\u00e4ischen Fonds EFSI<\/a>, der von der Europ\u00e4ischen Investitionsbank (EIB) verwaltet wird. Mit diesem Fonds, der insgesamt 21 Milliarden Euro umfasst, sollen unter anderem Unternehmen in der Anlaufphase, bei Wachstum und Expansion durch die  Bereitstellung von Risikokapital gef\u00f6rdert werden.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best\u00e4ndiges und profitables Wachstum <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fabian Reuter<\/strong>, CEO von Fazua, erl\u00e4utert, was mit dem frischen Kapital passieren soll: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cThe capital provided by the EIB is the ideal financing instrument for us in our current business phase. In addition to the \u201cevation\u201d drive system, which has already been very successfully launched on the market, we can now invest even more in the expansion of our product range.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur aktuellen Finanzierungsrunde meinte<strong> Benjamin Erhart<\/strong> von UVC Partners:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWith its consistent and profitable growth since our first investment in 2017, we are proud to double down on Fazua as it increases its footprint in the bn EUR and fast growing e-bike market.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alle Konzentration auf Wachstum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ambroise Fayolle<\/strong>, Vizepr\u00e4sident der Europ\u00e4ischen Investitionsbank (EIB), ist sich sicher:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWith our higher-risk financing operation for Fazua, we are closing a gap in the market for highly innovative SMEs, which need long-term growth capital without the risk of dilution.
