Bewerbungen um den mit 10.000 Euro dotierten Preis sind noch bis zum 30. September 2018 m\u00f6glich.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die smarte City ist in aller Munde. Die Bitkom-Startupinitiative Get Started will nun das ganze Land digitalisieren und lobt den Smart Country Startup Award aus. Durch die Digitalisierung von St\u00e4dten, Gemeinden und des \u00f6ffentlichen Raums soll der Alltag effizienter, moderner und einfacher gestaltet werden. Die Initiatoren denken dabei unter anderem an sauberes Wasser mithilfe intelligenter Sensoren, neue datenbasierte Mobilit\u00e4tskonzepte\u00a0 und intelligentes Vertragsmanagement in der Verwaltung.<\/p>\n<h3>Insgesamt 10.000 Euro Preisgeld<\/h3>\n<p>Der Award wird in den Kategorien Smart City und E-Government verliehen, ausgezeichnet werden die innovativsten L\u00f6sungen. Sechs Finalisten bekommen die Chance, vor einer hochkar\u00e4tigen Jury und einem gro\u00dfen Fachpublikum um insgesamt 10.000 Euro Preisgeld zu pitchen. Die Finalisten erhalten zudem eine kostenfreie Mitgliedschaft bei Get Started und die M\u00f6glichkeit, ein breites Netzwerk an etablierten Unternehmen, Investoren und Kontakten aus dem Public Sector kennenzulernen sowie einen kostenlosen Messestand auf der Smart Country Convention am 20. bis 22. November in Berlin. Die Messe findet dieses Jahr ebenfalls zum ersten Mal statt und thematisiert die Digitalisierung von Verwaltungen und \u00f6ffentlichen Dienstleistungen. Bitkom-Gesch\u00e4ftsleiter <strong>Niklas Veltkamp <\/strong>sagt:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eDie Smart Country Convention des Bitkom bringt Innovationstreiber und Vertreter der Verwaltungen und Beh\u00f6rden von Bund, L\u00e4ndern, St\u00e4dten und Gemeinden zusammen.
